Version 1.0.1 · build 2 · pre-release
Train with the whole picture.
Two Waters Fitness brings permission-based Apple Health context together with training plans, practical nutrition, recovery and climbing tools—from route logging to guided hangboard intervals—in one focused experience.
- Permission-basedHealth access stays separate from sign-in
- Local-first recordsPrivate logs stay separate
- No ads or trackingFocus stays on the work
One connected experience
Built around the day.
Progress Orbits keep five predictable roots easy to navigate. Plan can open to Nutrition and Train can open to Climbing, putting focused tools close without crowding the primary navigation.
Training
Train with context
Start with the session level, structure and purpose in view. Mark progress exercise by exercise, then record one overall effort or add individual ratings later.
- Whole-session or exercise-by-exercise effort
- Clear sets, repetitions and completion
- Planning remains separate from completed work
Nutrition
Plan practical nutrition
Bring preferences, available ingredients, saved meals and accepted plans together without pretending missing nutrition data exists.
- Dietary limitations and allergy preferences
- Meal history and repeatable favourites
- Shopping lists from accepted plans
Climbing
Climb, log and learn
Choose a saved site, section and route; record attempts, completion and perceived effort; then review patterns across sessions.
- Site → section → route structure
- Attempts, sends, effort and history
- Personal ascent history stays separate
Honest feedback
One rating for the workout—or detail when it matters.
Effort feedback is optional. A whole-session choice keeps completion quick, while individual exercise ratings remain available for a more detailed record.
The example is synthetic and shows no personal workout, completion or Health data.
How did the session feel?
Choose one for the workout, or add detail later.
Practical nutrition
Plan food that fits real life.
Review available nutrition context, build meals around preferences or ingredients, save useful combinations and turn an accepted plan into a practical shopping list.
- Daily context only when permissioned data exists
- Preferences, limitations, allergies and favourites
- Saved meals, history and explicit Apple Health write-back
Allergy matching is deliberately conservative. Product labels still need to be checked personally.
Climbing tools
Log the route. Keep the personal story private.
The shared directory provides a durable structure for sites, sections and routes. Attempts, sends, private notes and Apple Health information remain separate from that public directory.
Route-aware logging
Select a saved route, record attempts and completion, and add optional perceived effort.
History and analysis
Review routes and sessions without turning personal journals into public directory records.
Shared places, licensed images
Public directory content is limited to the shared climbing resource and its approved contributions.
Hangboard
Clear intervals. Sensible presets.
A dedicated large timer supports editable work, rest and set timings, visual and audio cues, grip selection and locally retained session history.
- Purpose-built interval flow
- Configurable work and rest
- Local training history
Private by design
Different data has different homes.
Sign-in, Health permissions, private records, shared climbing and optional exports are deliberately separated.
Sign in with Apple
Required by the current build. Health authorization remains a separate choice.
Your permissions
The app reads or writes only categories the user authorises and actions they explicitly take.
Private app storage
Personal plans, logs, Health-derived views and private photos remain in protected app storage.
Shared climbing
Public directory records and licensed images are separate from personal attempts and Health data.
Your InfluxDB
Enabled records can go directly to a server configured by the user; Twowaters does not receive that database.
None
No advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDK is included.
Version 1.0.1 · build 2
A pre-release product story—not an App Store promise.
The iPhone, WidgetKit and Apple Watch targets exist in the current project. Compilation, signing, device testing, StoreKit Sandbox, CloudKit Production, account deletion and App Review remain release work.
